To join our Lotto Syndicate you must be a resident of Canada and at least 18 years old. You should agree to the rules & procedures laid out in FAQ. Fill up the application form below and submit. Your application will be validated once you have send your payment. We require $40 initial payment which is good for one month.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PAYMENT

 

You can send your payment thru interac email money transfer to carlito@lottosyndicate.ca. It’s easy, convenient and secure. See this short video presentation. We will contact you to confirm your payment.

 

You can also pay by sending check thru mail. I will send the mailing address thru email if you intend to pay this way.

 

Or you can send your payment thru your friend who refer you to this group and who has direct access to me personally.
